General Process

Thank you for shopping with us. Below is our general shipping process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Use the chat feature if you have any questions.

Step 1:

Identify artwork you would like to purchase. Put the items in your shopping cart.

Step 2:

Use the chat feature on the page and let the agent know which pieces (names) you want to purchase.

Step 3:

The company will reach out to you via Facetime to show you the artwork from the facility. Once approved, complete the purchase.

Step 4:

The company will ship (or deliver) the product. If artwork is purchased, it will either as a flat box with lamination around the artwork or rolled in an art container.
